We do not offer returns or exchanges for GreenEase Line-A-Bin products.
If a product is missing or damaged upon receipt, please fill out the form on our contact page within three business days of delivery/expected delivery so we can work with you to replace the product or issue a refund for the value of the product (excludes tax and shipping costs). Once you submit the form, please allow two businesses days for a response.
We ask that you be ready to provide additional information including proof of purchase and/or images of the damaged product. Once the proper information is collected, we estimate up to seven business days to issue the refund or ship out the replacement product.
We do not require you to ship back damaged products to receive a replacement product or refund.
We will not replace or refund products that have been used.
